Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — standard shipping is free on all orders over $75.

How do I care for my towels?

Wash before first use. Machine wash warm with like colors, tumble dry low. Skip fabric softener — it coats the fibers and reduces absorbency.

What is GSM and which should I choose?

GSM (grams per square meter) measures towel density. 400–500 GSM dries quickly and suits daily use; 500–700 GSM feels plusher and more spa-like.

Will the colors fade?

Our yarns are dyed before weaving, so colors stay true wash after wash when you follow the care label.

Can I change or cancel my order?
