We ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Standard (3–6 business days): Free on orders over $75, otherwise $6.95
• Expedited (2–3 business days): $14.95

Returns

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Bedding that has been washed or used can't be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

To start a return, email hello@cotonva.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
