Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, pillows, mattress protectors and opened bedding sets can only be returned if unopened or defective.
• Sale items are eligible for store credit.

How to start a return

Email hello@cotonva.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo — we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
